Have you ever wanted to work in the diving world. Now is your chance. Sierra Diving Center has an immediate opening for a energetic full & part time salesman/equipment counselor and part time SCUBA Instructor. You will be assisting local and traveling divers in the selection of training, equipment, travel and repairs.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Position :	Sales Person/Customer Support
Hours per Week:	Part/Full time 15-40 hrs. per week. Saturday work required.
Salary:	Hourly wage plus commission or straight commission. Starting wage based on experience and credentials. Annual income unlimited based on sales ability.
Principle Duties:	General SCUBA and snorkeling equipment Sales. Service of customers. Store and inventory maintenance. Preparation of required class equipment and supplies.
Position Specifications:	Multi tasking capable Certified SCUBA diver (Instructor or Assistant Instructor a plus). Ability to communicate effectively with people. Ability to meet specified goals and deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude. High degree of enthusiasm for selling and work with customers/students mandatory.
Additional Requirements:	Attend store and outside training programs related to store activities as specified by Store Manager. Dive on monthly basis. Train to Instructor level as required.

Position:	Instructor
Work Schedule:	Varies with availability and credentials. Generally 6 - 10 courses annually, of various levels, or more if desired.
Salary:	Varies with level of training being conducted
Basic Responsibilities:	Instruction of student divers at all levels within the PADI system. Assist students with the selection of personal equipment, and education needs.
Position Specifications:	Certified PADI Open Water SCUBA Instructor or higher. Ability to communicate effectively with people. Ability to meet specified goals and deadlines. Able to maintain a high degree of enthusiasm for Instruction, selling and work with customers and students
Additional Training:	Attend store and outside training programs related to store activities and as specified by Store Manager. Acquire additional certifications as needed for job.
